Keychange

Keychange

Gender inequality has always been a serious issue for the music industry. To tackle the problem, the PRS Foundation set up a pioneering international initiative called Keychange. Their goal is to transform the future of music by encouraging festivals and music organisations to achieve a 50:50 gender balance.

Until 2018, Keychange was a small-scale initiative on the fringes of the European culture scene. All of that changed when the organizers decided to pursue serious funding from the Creative Europe Programme – Culture.

When Keychange approached us to help them secure the grant they needed to grow their vision, we jumped right on board, helping to secure € 1.4 million in European arts grants for the years to come.

TrueMotion is particularly proud, and honored, to have been part of this game-changing project working towards a better, more inclusive music industry both for today and for future generations.
