Eva Cozar

With a masters in European Affairs and in Cultural Studies from Sciences Po (Toulouse, France), Eva is experienced in EU project engineering and cultural project management with an interdisciplinary approach. 

As an Assistant Consultant based in Bordeaux, Eva is in charge of expanding the French activities of TrueMotion. 

Before joining TrueMotion in 2023, Eva worked at the European Commission in the implementation of Creative Europe’s flagship actions such as the European Capital of Culture, Culture Moves Europe, and the European Heritage Label. She has also gained specialised knowledge from experiences in the French literature, film and museum sectors, as well as in managing public cultural initiatives to promote access to culture on behalf of the municipality of Bordeaux. 

Eva has an international background and is fluent in French, English and Spanish. In addition, she works as an artist — mainly in documentary creation and storytelling. This helps her fuel her vision and understanding of creative processes and needs across the European cultural sectors.
